What an amazing adventure with Sergio and Simon, we had a 8 day, 5 ride trip planned with Trail Hunters. The weather we had was probably 2 stars(lots of rain), everything else was 5 stars. Every day we had was absolutely amazing. Simon and Sergio looked after all the details, all you have to do is ride. You can tell that they love what they do. The food, cultural experience, hotels were all great. The bikes were top notch. I am an intermediate rider and was able to ride and enjoy all the trails, a few parts I walked. The two towns Salento and Manizalles were a lot of fun. I recommend the e bikes for these tours, it was my first time riding one, despite my hesitancy it was the correct choice. We saw and enjoyed so much more than we could have without them. Finally, Simon and Sergio are not only good guides but also great people. They were super fun and funny😁, easy to get along with. Props to Aiden, our travelling companion. 👏 and Mareen. You guys rocked. If you want an amazing experience both biking and everything else, choose Trail Hunters. Kyle

Imagine this. You are flying 2000 metres down a mountain trail on a mountain bike. You are whizzing by exotic birds and jungle landscapes. Your belly is full of organic coffee, fresh eggs and fruit. Bob Marley is singing in your pocket. Guiding you are two wonderful, funny, papacitos. Life does not get any better. I highly recommend Trailhunters for a week of excellent riding, fun, and nature. Every day brought a different and wonderful experience mountain biking through the wilds of Colombia. Simon and Sergio are the perfect hosts and guides. They are kind, caring, funny, great riders and attentive to every detail. The downhill riding was challenging and fun.i loved every minute. Go there. Now.

We had a fantastic e-mtn bike tour thanks to Simon and Sergio, but it was so much more than just biking! These guys really know how to cater to your riding skill level and other interests. It was a very authentic experience that felt like a custom trip designed just for us, at every turn. We spent a week with them, enjoying a perfect balance of challenging rides in different terrain daily. Simon is a master at weaving cultural experiences and local knowledge into each day. Sergio is a wealth of information as a naturalist, he is a trained biologist and enthusiastically shares his passion for the Andean biodiversity! They are both excellent cyclists, willing to give you riding tips to ensure you get safely down the mountain. If you want extreme riding they will bring you to it, if you want to ride up quiet dirt roads and enjoy the countryside they know how to keep you out of traffic, if you want a shuttle up and single track adrenaline down they’ve got it! They are much more than bike guides, they are kind, considerate, understand impeccable customer service. The accommodations they chose are first class and every snack, every meal was excellent! I can’t say enough about how well they orchestrated the logistics of each day and made the trip super special. Oh yeah and the bikes were like-new Specialized Turbo Levos (which I ride at home), they spare no expense to make the trip the best possible. Much gratitude to them both, we hope to join them again soon!

My experience with Trail Hunters was amazing. I contacted them to enquire about doing two days of Downhill and Single Track and they definitely delivered. Paula responded to me super fast with all the relevant information of the trails and what would be included in the package. When I arrived in Manizales Simon and Paula met with me at my hostel the day before to discuss the plan for the following day of riding. Simon was my guide.

We did the Epic Andes trail, which was quite challenging but very nice! The area is beautiful, you really get to see the coffee area. Simon and Paula have everything perfectly organised, including transport, and nice meals and places to stay. Very recommended for the ones who like a high level mtb challenge but also want to enjoy!

Mi parte favorita fue la ruta en si, los paisajes y el extraordinario acompañamiento (de lujo!) Trail Hunters es la mejor opción de la región para todos los viajeros que lleguen a Manizales y eje cafetero y quieran vivir una experiencia única de MTB ajustada a las necesidades y condiciones particulares. El día de hoy me regalaron una experiencia inolvidable.

Soy español y he viajado hasta Manizales para montar en bici. Contraté a Trail Hunters para poder montar en una de Enduro/DH. El guía es un profesional de la bicicleta y como monitor es aún mejor, te ayuda a bajar sin tener ningún tipo de problema, siempre teniendo en cuenta el nivel de cada rider; este solicita que nivel quiere de bajada y escoje entre las diferentes opciones propuestas. Me llevó a una finca bananera donde pude disfrutar de las más exquisitas frutas que he probado nunca, y después también me llevó a comer a una hacienda cafetera donde pude disfrutar de las mejores vistas y de un almuerzo típico estupendo.

El recorrido que hice con TrailHunters fue la mejor experienza que tuve para visitar la región cafetera, atravesando plantaciones de bananos, caña y café, descubriendo unos pueblitos hermosos perdidos en las montañas. Los guías son muy buenos para explicar y acompañar durante todo el esfuerzo, muy profesionales y muy amistosos. Gracias por trasmitir su pasión!!

Had a beautiful day with Simon from Trail Hunters who is a wonderful host along with his partner Paula. Had a chance to spend the day riding in the mountains enjoying quaint fincas, a coffee tour (delicious coffee tasting included ) and getting to know the city of Manizales. Their gear is awesome and Simon is very flexible at adjusting the day to suit your needs. Well organized, felt safe and well looked after. Highly recommended!

Our experience with Trail Hunters and Simon was excellent. He came to our accommodation with the bicycles, water bottles and some snacks and off we went into some very nice paths through the coffee region near Manizales. He was attentive to make sure no one is left behind and everyone can follow at their pace, pausing whenever needed. He took videos of photos of us with his own camera but also with ours. We really felt that he tried to tailor the experience to our preferences and he had a positive and friendly attitude from beginning to end. The scenery was nice along the way, we saw some parrots flying by, the uphill part was challenging and the downhill part was certainly fun.
